Accommodation overview: Approached by a private lane, Broad Downs Farm was originally a traditional mixed Devon farmstead consisting of farm house, stables, stone barn and piggery. Set in a secluded location, surrounded by 22 acres of sheep pasture and meadow, with a small woodland area, natural pond and springs, the property includes large gardens and an outdoor swimming pool (shared with Broad Downs Barn). The farmhouse has been extensively renovated and updated by its present owners to create a large spacious property which can cater for extended holiday groups.
